About the Role

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work operationally and closely with the business, taking responsibility for the entire staffing process – from needs analysis to follow-up. You match consultants with clients' needs and are responsible for developing and managing relationships with both consultants and clients.

You drive your own processes while collaborating with colleagues on delivery and business development. The role is broad and offers you the opportunity to gradually build your own consultant base and client portfolio.

Your main responsibilities:

• Match and place consultants based on clients' needs.
• Build and develop relationships with clients and consultants.
• Manage dialogue, agreements, and follow-ups.
• Drive and develop collaborations with existing clients.
• Ensure quality in delivery.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer relations, or staffing.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.

Merits:

• Experience from the staffing or consulting industry.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
