About Us
Tryggakliniken Kristianstad is a privately owned primary healthcare clinic with a strong focus on providing our patients with a personal, professional, and accessible approach. The clinic opened in 2018 and is part of a group that includes primary care, occupational health services, and wellness programs. We are located in newly built premises at C4 Shopping in Hammar and currently consist of approximately 20 employees who have together built a warm workplace characterized by high competence, short decision-making paths, and a strong sense of community.
We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to help develop the primary care of the future – where the personal meeting is combined with smart digital working methods.
Your Role
As a physiotherapist with us, you will have a varied and independent role involving the assessment, treatment, and counseling of patients of all ages, dealing with both acute and chronic conditions. The work is carried out both individually and in groups, and you will collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and other colleagues to create safe and efficient patient flows.
An important part of the role is to contribute to modern, digitally enhanced primary care. This may involve working in digital channels, using data support and standardized flows, monitoring quality and accessibility, and helping to develop working methods that make it easier for patients to receive the right help at the right time.
With us, you will have the opportunity to influence and participate in improvement work. We believe in clear processes, evidence-based interventions, and digital tools that help us work smarter – while maintaining warmth and closeness in patient interactions.
We are looking for someone who
- is a licensed physiotherapist
- has a good ability to work independently while thriving in close teamwork
- has an interest in primary care, a holistic perspective, and evidence-based working methods
- is curious about digital healthcare, structured working methods, and how technology can facilitate daily life
- wants to contribute to quality development, accessibility, and a good patient experience
- is communicative, confident, and service-oriented in interactions with patients and colleagues
Experience from primary care is advantageous but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
What do we offer?
- A warm and flat-hierarchy workplace with high competence and short decision-making paths.
- A varied role with opportunities for development within your physiotherapy profession.
- The opportunity to help shape digital working methods, quality monitoring, and improvement work.
- Clear processes and modern tools that create security for both patients and the team.
- A work environment where ideas are encouraged and where we develop care step by step, together.
Application
Please send your application with a CV and a short cover letter to [email protected]. Please describe why you are interested in physiotherapy in primary care and how you view digital development as support in patient work.
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. We handle your application with full respect for privacy. Please include references in your email.
Final application date: June 30, 2026
Reference: Physiotherapist
