We are looking for another star to complete our team!

Our client is partially wheelchair-bound and lives in a house with her husband and their two daughters in Västerås. She leads an active life and works, which means a personal assistant always accompanies her to work and drives her car. Therefore, a valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.

As an assistant, you will support the client in both daily and more varied activities. Duties include, among other things, help with mobility, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, cooking, and gardening. You will also accompany her on trips, exercise sessions, and other activities. Your role is to be on hand and provide support regardless of whether the client is at home, at work, or out and about.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be her support in all parts of daily life. You are her arms and legs. You will receive instructions regarding the client's needs verbally, which means you must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently.

Sometimes there are activities outside the home, so you who apply should enjoy being social and flexible – your presence becomes an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic demeanor. You are attentive, can take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are a non-smoker! Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for you who are positive, patient, and look forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Employment type: Temporary/On-call

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement, runs as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
