About the role:

As a personal assistant, you work closely with an individual and support them in daily life. The work is based on the user's disability, which can be both physical and/or cognitive. You become an important part of creating a meaningful and independent daily life.

We are looking for you who:

• Are responsible and confident in yourself.

Experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is your approach and attitude.

Summer Bonus – We appreciate your commitment!

For those who work during the summer, we offer an extra bonus.

Conditions:

• Worked at least 80 percent continuously for at least 8 weeks (weeks 24–34).
• Maximum two periods of absence, with a maximum of four working days per period.
• Sick leave (VAB) does not count as absence.

Bonus levels:

• 9,000 SEK at 80–89 percent (at least 238 hours).
• 10,500 SEK at 90–99 percent (at least 268 hours).
• 12,000 SEK at 100 percent (at least 298 hours).
