In Torsby, we have a male client looking for a new personal assistant. You will go fishing, watch football/ice hockey, and spend time outdoors. We believe that the ideal candidate has experience with autism, low-affective interaction, and approaches work with a calm demeanor.

The Role of an Assistant:
Being a personal assistant is a responsible role; there is no other way to put it. You can say that you are someone else's "arms and legs," helping with tasks the individual can no longer manage alone. This can range from taking a walk to helping with dressing. Sometimes you cook meals or assist with showering and toilet visits, depending on the client's needs.

This role suits you if you are responsible and have a genuine desire to help others. You are likely described as someone with a big heart who enjoys making things easier so others feel good. About the Client:
Our client is a man in his 50s with autism. He lives in a terraced house in central Torsby. The client communicates verbally and is fully ambulatory. With your support, he can do many things but requires constant supervision. Together, you will go fishing, watch football, listen to music, and spend time in nature.

Requirements and Job Information:
To succeed in this assistant role, we believe you have experience in the personal assistance profession and low-affective interaction. Knowledge of autism is a merit. As a person, you are calm in your demeanor and do not get upset unnecessarily. You enjoy watching football, spending time outdoors, and preferably fishing.

Working Hours:
We are looking for a person for a substitute schedule of approximately 80%, with great possibilities for extending the hours.
Weekdays: 15:00–09:00 | Weekends: 09:00–09:00
A driver's license and access to a car are required.

Other:
We have a collective agreement, individual salary setting, and a wellness benefit of up to 4,000 SEK/year.
