This is a part-time consulting assignment where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client.

Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, you are the primary on-site contact person and are responsible for ensuring the office functions efficiently. You ensure that the environment is pleasant and well-organized, and you drive issues related to service, logistics, and internal procedures. The role is broad and includes both daily operational tasks as well as contact with suppliers, some administration, and coordination.
You handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage access cards, and support new hires with mobile phones, SIM cards, and other orders. You book meetings as needed, assist with ad hoc tasks such as ordering flowers and coffee, and work within the client's internal systems. The role also includes some invoice handling, responsibility for the client's car pool, and reporting related to office operations.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary on-site contact and take ownership of the office environment.
- Handle mail, access cards, mobile phones, and orders during onboarding/offboarding.
- Communicate with suppliers and handle simpler invoices.
- Administer the car pool and handle requests in Corrigo.
- Perform ad hoc tasks such as ordering coffee, flowers, and office supplies.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Previous experience in service, administration, or a coordinating role.
- Ongoing post-secondary education or other main occupation.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and are confident in taking ownership of your areas. You are organized, have a strong service mindset, and are comfortable handling both planned tasks and quick ad hoc requests.
