We are a secure personal assistance provider that puts our heart into what we do. We have the close contact of a small company and the extensive knowledge of a large company. With us, you are not just one of the crowd but an important cog in our daily work. We care about our staff, who are the backbone of our operations; here you get the opportunities to develop in your role. AssistansExperten's core values are based on competence, engagement, and warmth. Through high competence, we ensure that every intervention maintains high quality and is adapted to the individual's needs. With genuine engagement, we work closely with our customers to create security and inclusion. Our warmth permeates everything we do—we treat every person with respect, care, and a big heart. Together, these values create a foundation for secure and meaningful assistance.

I am a happy and playful 14-year-old girl with epilepsy, intellectual disability, and autism. I am now looking for an assistant who can keep up with me in everyday life and give me the best possible conditions to live a meaningful and independent life. You will be present with me at all times so that I can have a well-functioning life and feel good, which is why it is important that we get along well.

I need help with everything in daily life, for example during meals, exercise, personal hygiene, and during my leisure interests. In my free time, I enjoy playing, being playful, and being outdoors. I would like to find an assistant I can go on trips and adventures with, and who sees possibilities where my disability sets limits. I have a packed schedule with lots of fun activities, such as going swimming, riding, hanging out in the stable, playing drums, and competing with my framerunning bike. I also like bowling, and music is a big interest of mine. I like it when there is speed and excitement in what I do.

You will work approximately 2–3 evenings per week and every third weekend on the schedule. The position is approximately 60%.

I live in the countryside, about 20 minutes from Erikslund Shopping Center in Västerås. So you need to have a driver's license and access to a car to get home to me. When you and I go on adventures, we take mom's or dad's car.

I do not have my own spoken language but communicate with my surroundings in many different ways, including through body language, movements, and signs as support. As my assistant, you need to be curious and have a desire to learn my way of communicating so that we can understand each other in the best way. When we do this, we often have a lot of fun together.

You and I will stick together through thick and thin, and we will develop a close relationship with each other. Therefore, it is important that the personal chemistry is right and that we get along. I like playing and being playful with girls the most, so I would like you, as the applicant, to be a girl.

For this position, you must:

  • See this assignment as long-term
  • Be a non-smoker
  • Be a competent swimmer
  • Tolerate animals as there are dogs and cows at my home
  • Enjoy playing and being playful
  • Be calm, secure, patient, and empathetic
  • Have a high sense of responsibility and be flexible
  • Be willing to work and loyal
  • Master the Swedish language fluently in speech and writing
  • Have a driver's license and a car to get home to me
  • Great importance will be placed on personal suitability

Employment type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts, approx. 60% position. Hourly employment during introduction.

Working hours: Weekdays 16:00–21:30, some Wednesdays 12:00–21:30 (when I go swimming) and weekends 08:00–21:00 (every third weekend). Working hours may change based on school holidays and activities I attend.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other allowances according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately with introduction, the position starts according to agreement.

Requirements: You need to have a valid police certificate. It is recommended that you order a police certificate when applying for the position. You apply with Bank ID on the police website and order it to Kivra. You apply on the police website:

Work with children with disabilities is subject to requirements for register control according to the Act (2010:479) on register control of personnel who perform certain interventions for children with disabilities. An extract from the criminal record register must be presented as a final step in the recruitment process before an employment can become relevant.

We look forward to your personal letter, which we place great importance on in the recruitment process. Tell us who you are and why you think you would fit into this team. Then complement this letter with a CV.

Welcome with your application!

Regards, a happy 14-year-old girl
