Wallnäs Timber is now looking for an independent and confident Payroll Administrator who wants to take responsibility for payroll administration. This role is perfect for you if you thrive on structure and precision, but also enjoy improving working methods and developing processes.

The position is part-time in payroll, but for the right person, there are great opportunities to shape a broader role. If you want to work up to full-time and combine payroll with, for example, HR or timber administration – we are open to building the role together with you.

Qualifications for success in the job

We believe you have:

• Experience working in a similar role within payroll administration.
• The ability to work independently.
• Experience with the payroll system Hogia Lön Plus.
• Understanding of employment law, collective agreements, and payroll-related legislation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Administer employee times in our timekeeping system, Tidomat.
• Independently manage the entire payroll process in Hogia Lön Plus.
• Reporting to authorities and external parties such as the Swedish Tax Agency, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and trade unions.
• Handling pensions and insurances.
• Supporting managers and employees regarding payroll and time reporting issues.
• Administering absence, vacation, and other payroll-related matters.
• Other common payroll administrative tasks.

Want to do more?

Depending on your interest and competence, the role may also include tasks within, for example, HR administration, personnel matters, or timber administration. There are good opportunities to influence the content of the role over time.
