Together with our partner KC Audit, we are looking for an Audit Assistant starting in September 2026. This role is perfect for you who have an education in economics and want to take the next step in your career within auditing at a smaller family-owned company with great development opportunities.

Your ambition should be to become an authorized auditor, and you will be offered a comprehensive training plan to provide the right prerequisites for developing your skills and reaching the goal of authorization. Your initial period will be characterized by a strong focus on education combined with a gradual increase in responsibilities, where you will become more independent and take on more responsibility over time.

You will work in a small team where there is plenty of expertise to draw from, as well as support. Given that it is a smaller company, there is also an opportunity for a broader scope in the role. The focus will be on auditing clients' accounts and management, as well as related administration and improvements in the company's processes.

In summary, your tasks will include:

  • Auditing of clients' accounts and management
  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • Minor investigations
  • Conducting inventory/spot checks at client premises
  • Advising clients and participating in client meetings
  • Other administration, including drafting minutes, company documents, submitting documents to the Swedish Companies Registration Office, money laundering reporting, forming new companies for clients, and drafting agreements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has relevant post-secondary education in economics with a focus on accounting/auditing.
  • Has previous experience working in auditing/bookkeeping, for example from a part-time job during studies. It is an advantage if you have worked for 1–2 years after your studies, which also gives you the opportunity to start earlier than after the summer of 2026.
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and has strong analytical skills. You should be curious as a person and dare to ask questions. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in auditing and appreciate digging into various issues where you gain knowledge from legal texts and books. You should be relationship-building as you will have a large network with the company's clients. About the Recruitment Process and Employment

The position begins with a consultancy assignment through employment with OIO. The intention is that this will transition into a permanent position with the client, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
