About the position

We are recruiting an Administrator on behalf of our client. The position is full-time with an immediate start, initially for six months with the possibility of extension.

Here you will work in a central role where you combine administration, simpler economic-related tasks, and contact with publishers.

Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you will be an important part of a small team and play a central role in daily operations, while also being the heart of our client's book flow. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right books are in place at the right time by handling orders, following up on deliveries, and maintaining ongoing contact with both internal and external publishers. The role also involves working in our business system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and contributing to smooth processes. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ordering external books to logistics partners
  • Creating purchase orders and following up on deliveries
  • Entering external discounts and monitoring inventory
  • Making forecasts for book orders
  • Handling return flows and sending returns to publishers
  • Working with invoicing and simpler reconciliations

We are looking for you who

  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is used in daily work
  • Have administrative work experience
  • Have completed upper secondary education, preferably within economics
  • Have good economic understanding and interest
  • Have good computer and system skills

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
  • Have experience with similar administrative tasks, including simpler bookkeeping work

For this role, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and responsible, with good system skills and an interest in administrative tasks. You thrive in a communicative role with many contact points and preferably have an interest in numbers and repetitive tasks.
