Your new role

We are looking for a structured and curious consultant who wants to help shape how a larger program plans and delivers its outputs. In this role, you will hold a central position where you help create clarity on what needs to be done – when and in what order.

You will work on developing and refining the program's roadmap, breaking down deliveries into clear steps, and ensuring that the planning aligns with the organization's goals. This is as much about creating structure as it is about getting different parts of the organization to pull in the same direction.

What you will do

• Create and further develop a clear roadmap with milestones and delivery waves
• Support planning and prioritization based on capacity and prerequisites
• Contribute with analysis and overview – what is realistic to implement, and when?
• Ensure that the planning actually leads to business value

To be successful in this role, you need

• Experience in administrative or coordinating work in projects/programs
• Basic understanding of project management and planning
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good analytical skills and structure
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
