The Role

This is an exciting role where you will meet a broad target group. The service, Steg Till Arbete (STA), is a collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service, with the goal of providing participants with work training and/or employment through this initiative.

The position of Work Consultant is a full-time role. You will be part of a team consisting of one other Work Consultant and one Occupational Therapist. The role also includes documentation, planning, and evaluation of results. To thrive in this position, you need to be flexible, capable of working both independently and in a team, and experienced in working with a diverse target group. We appreciate if you have an interest in networking.

Qualifications

As a Work Consultant, you must have at least two years of full-time higher education or university college education in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine, as well as at least one year of part-time (or more) experience in individual or group counseling/coaching of persons with mental or physical health issues or functional variations within the last three years. We are required to provide certificates of education and employment to verify these requirements for the Swedish Public Employment Service.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
