I am a 32-year-old woman living in my own apartment in Täby, with easy access to good public transport. I enjoy working out, spending time with friends, cuddling with my dog, doing my nails, having coffee, or going shopping at Täby Centrum. I want to live an active and fulfilling life, and for that to work, I rely on my personal assistants – even during the night.

During your shifts, you will primarily work night shifts, although day and evening shifts may occur. As a waking night assistant, your main task is to be there as support and create a sense of security, while also helping me with whatever may arise during the night. This can involve personal care, transfers, supervision, and other needs that allow me to sleep safely and undisturbed.

➡️ I am looking for a female assistant for a parental leave substitute position on a full-time basis (100 %) with a tentative start in August 2026.

👉 About you:
You are between 20–37 years old, positive, attentive, and ready to make everyday life both easier and more fun. You dare to take initiative, are honest, and spread energy around you. Personal chemistry is most important, but experience as a personal assistant or similar is a plus. You are comfortable around dogs and do not smoke – and most importantly: you want to make a difference every day!

Scope & Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start date: According to agreement. The parental leave substitute position is tentatively scheduled to start in August 2026.
• 📊 Employment level: Substitute position at 100 %.
• ⏳ Contract: The position begins with introductory shifts and a one-month employment period of approximately 2 months to ensure the work functions well before the substitute position is assigned.
• 🕒 Shifts: Primarily waking nights, with occasional day and evening shifts according to a rotating schedule.

Recruitment Process
We continuously contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview. The position will be filled once we have found the right person, which may happen before the final application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, an extract from the criminal record is always required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

Employment Conditions
