Carla was founded in 2020 in Stockholm, and we are currently in an exciting growth phase.

About the Role As a Planner/Workshop Administrator at Carla, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize cost quotes from our partners, as well as to ensure an efficient flow of all vehicles through the production process. You will be the hub of our operations, responsible for coordinating and planning deliveries, spare parts, and workshop visits to maximize both cost-efficiency and quality. Your role is central to maintaining a smooth and error-free production process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Vehicle Flow Planning: Organize and optimize the flow of all incoming vehicles through the production process, from arrival to delivery, to ensure a smooth and efficient production chain.
  • Supplier Lead Time Monitoring: Carefully monitor and follow up on lead times from our suppliers to ensure production does not halt and that all parts are available on time.
  • Cost Quote Management: Analyze and manage cost quotes from Carla's partners, including car workshops and spare parts suppliers, to ensure all transactions are conducted at the best possible price and quality.
  • Coordination with External Partners: Collaborate closely with car workshops, spare parts suppliers, and other external parties to coordinate and schedule the pickup and delivery of vehicles and parts.
  • Quality Control and Documentation: Perform quality checks on vehicles and document all actions and interventions to ensure high-quality and error-free production.
  • Internal Communication: Act as a key contact person between Carla's purchasing and logistics teams and other internal departments to ensure all parties are updated and that any issues are quickly escalated and handled.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive knowledge, with an understanding of various repair methods in vehicle production.
  • Experience in managing cost quotes and budgets in a workshop and production environment.
  • Several years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
  • Good computer skills and experience working with various IT systems.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Experience working in vehicle production or a related industry is highly advantageous.

Scope and Working Hours:

  • Full-time, with a 6-month probation period.
  • Working hours: 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Stockholm, Kungsängen.
