About the role

As an Installation and Project Manager, you are responsible for driving machine installation, conversion, and new construction projects related to our technical systems and cleanrooms. You work in an environment where precision, safety, and continuous operation are crucial, and where projects are often both technically challenging and business-critical.

The main focus will be on machine installations, particularly gas installations, but you will also drive new construction and conversion projects. You drive your projects independently from start to finish and handover to facility management. The role is technically demanding and involves close collaboration with our production, suppliers, contractors, and internal specialists.

Your main tasks include, among other things:

• Project management of machine installations, machine moves, as well as conversions and new constructions.
• Responsibility for budget, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Procurement and requirement specification towards contractors and suppliers.
• Develop and approve technical solutions and drawing documentation, including work in CAD.
• Coordinate technical disciplines such as ventilation, heating, cooling, compressed air, gases, steam, and waste systems.
• Conduct risk assessments of proposed solutions.
• Ensure minimal impact on production and continuous operation.

The projects vary in scope, from minor improvement measures to larger machine installations in the multi-million class. You will become an important addition to a growing team with several parallel projects.

The Team

You will become part of the Project Department within Facility, responsible for all installation and modification projects related to our technical systems. The team consists of three project managers with different backgrounds in property, cleanrooms, and technology.

The work is characterized by freedom under responsibility, high technical competence, and close collaboration with the business. You report to the responsible manager within Facility and work in an environment where coordination, communication, and lack of hierarchy are crucial for success.

We are looking for you with:

• Experience of installation projects, preferably as a project manager in industrial operations.
• Previous experience as a technician or in another technical role.
• Good understanding of technical installation systems (e.g., ventilation, gas, compressed air, cooling, or similar).
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings, preferably with CAD experience.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Additionally, we consider it meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment or in operations with high safety requirements, for example where gases or other hazardous systems are handled.
• Responsibility for budget and contractor contact.
