I am a cheerful and social 25-year-old woman living with my parents and brother in Hässelby, Stockholm. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing by watching series and YouTube, listening to music, having coffee and cake, shopping, going to the cinema, and doing nail art. I love enjoying the little moments in everyday life and discovering fun activities that give me energy and joy. Currently, I am unemployed and have applied for activity compensation, which means I am usually home during the day.

I am now looking for a part-time personal assistant who wants to become part of my daily life and support me both practically and during the fun moments of life. Together, we can create a daily routine where I can be as independent as possible, with your support by my side.

• 🛁 Personal hygiene and care.

• 👗 Help with dressing and undressing.

• 🍽️ Support during meals and household chores.

• 🏋️‍♀️ Assistance with exercise and mobility.

• ✈️ Help with travel and activities.

• 🚿 Support with showering and toilet visits.

• 🎬 Accompanying to social activities such as cinema, coffee, or shopping.

I am looking for a woman who has a driver’s license and can drive my car as part of the job, has basic knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written), and is in good physical shape.

Previous experience in personal assistance or care, especially with the use of assistive devices such as a cough assist machine, ceiling hoist, and BiPAP (ventilatory support). Not a requirement, but considered a plus.

• 🕒 Work shifts: Primarily day shifts, Monday–Thursday from 12:00–16:00 and Fridays from 13:00–17:00.
