About the role
The HR and Payroll department at Sydställningar is responsible for the company's payroll management and personnel administration, serving as a qualified support for managers and employees regarding payroll and HR issues. As an HR Coordinator, you will act as a qualified support to the operations' managers on a wide range of HR matters, with a special focus on rehabilitation and labor law. You will work operationally and close to the business, handling complex cases and contributing with structure, security, and business acumen.
A large part of your daily routine will consist of driving and coordinating rehabilitation cases, ensuring they are handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with current regulations. You will also be a key participant in dialogues with trade unions and external actors.

Responsibilities
- Drive, coordinate, and follow up on rehabilitation cases
- Support and coach managers on labor law issues and personnel matters
- Prepare for and participate in collective bargaining negotiations
- Collaborate with external actors such as occupational health services and authorities
- Ensure correct documentation and process management
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes
We are looking for someone who
- Has several years of experience in qualified HR work
- Has worked operationally with rehabilitation issues
- Has good knowledge of labor law
- Is confident in the advisory role towards managers
- Communicates fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Has good knowledge of the Office package
- Is computer literate
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
Merits include
