About the Role At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work as an Office Host for our client, a major IT company with offices in central Stockholm. As an Office Host, you play a key role in creating a pleasant, professional, and well-functioning work environment. You are responsible for ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly and that both employees and visitors have a positive experience.

In this role, you will work in a service-oriented and proactive manner to solve practical needs, maintain order in the office environment, and coordinate various service functions. You have a broad range of responsibilities where you independently drive your work forward and quickly handle tasks that arise in daily life.

Your duties include, among others:

  • Operational office management (ordering and restocking office supplies, kitchen/consumables, tidiness in common areas)

  • Vendor coordination (property, coffee, fruit, linen services, waste, etc.)

  • Reporting faults and contacting property owners

  • Mail and package handling (including shipping labels and notifications)

  • Administration (e.g., access rights and simple financial management/expenses)

  • Support for internal events (ordering, preparation, and restoration)

  • Coordination of company cars (in/out delivery, tire management, and handling of equipment in vehicles)

  • Act as an internal service function and provide operational support to employees in their daily work (e.g., handling inquiries, practical needs, and simple ad hoc tasks related to the office environment)

You work in a structured and independent manner, while being flexible and solution-oriented when new needs arise. With your good collaboration skills and unpretentious attitude, you contribute to a pleasant work environment where you support others and ensure the daily office routine runs smoothly.

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Experience in Office/Facility Management or a similar role

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Good administrative skills

  • Completed upper secondary education

About the Employment
Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month initial probation period.
Employment level: Part-time 60%.
Start date: May 2026.
Working hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00.
