Leisure-Time Teacher – Torsby Municipality

We are seeking an engaged leisure-time teacher for our operations. The position covers a total of 55%, with 35% located at Holmesskolan leisure-time center and 20% at Oleby leisure-time center. Working hours are primarily scheduled in the afternoons at Holmesskolan and one full day at Oleby.

There may be an opportunity for additional hours.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical activities within the leisure-time center.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for the students.
Work on students' social development and contribute to good relationships within the group.
Be responsible for daily routines and structure in the operations.
Collaborate with colleagues in the leisure-time center and school to ensure a holistic school day for the students.

Qualifications

License as a leisure-time teacher or other relevant pedagogical education.
Experience working in a leisure-time center is an asset.
Good ability to work in a structured manner, independently, and in collaboration with others.

As a person, you should be calm and engaged to be able to meet students in various situations. You find it easy to build good relationships with others and can adapt when changes occur.

The work places high demands on collaboration skills, stress tolerance, and flexibility. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, as the approach is crucial in the work.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3–6 months.
Working hours: Daytime.
