Nobelgymnasiet's vehicle and transport program is one of the largest in Sweden with an intake of 66 students per year. We work closely with the industry and actively keep up with developments to equip our students to meet today's as well as tomorrow's needs. Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for vocational teachers for the vehicle program where you will teach both the National program at the gymnasium and IMY Vehicle. This may also include teaching adult students in the future. You will be part of a well-functioning team with several other teachers in vehicle technology, but you will also be part of other groups with the school's other teachers based on Nobelgymnasiet's prioritized development areas. The position includes teaching and mentorship, as well as collaboration and close contacts with the industry.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a vocational teacher's degree, as well as educational background and work experience from the automotive industry.

As a person, you are independent and take responsibility for driving your work forward, while being flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment. You find it easy to collaborate and naturally build good relationships with both students and colleagues. Your communication is clear and contributes to safety and structure in teaching, and you work in an organized and structured way to create good conditions for learning.

The position is a permanent employment subject to you having a teaching license. If you do not have a license, you will receive a fixed-term employment with an action plan that means you will study for the vocational teacher's license during your ongoing employment.
