About the position
Teaching is conducted based on a relational pedagogical approach with a focus on students' prerequisites and needs. Our goal has always been high quality in teaching and to be at the forefront both pedagogically and academically, to provide students with a solid foundation for further studies at colleges and universities. You will be part of a teaching team in close collaboration with school management, administration, and support functions.

Your competence and background
We are looking for someone who is a teacher of Swedish or Swedish as a second language at the upper secondary level and/or has substantial teaching experience. You have a genuine interest in adult learning, language development in theory and practice, as well as good digital competence.
As a substitute teacher at Folkuniversitetet, you are expected to have the ability to differentiate teaching based on participants' needs. It is important that you are used to working solution-focused. You will teach our participants when the regular teacher is not present. Teaching is location-bound but takes place partly in a digital environment with digital teaching materials.

About the employment
The position is a hourly employment where you work as needed. There is a demand for good availability and great flexibility, where we may sometimes call you in for substitutes at short notice on the same day. Start date as soon as possible.
