Do you want to contribute to the development of the municipality's education in electrical distribution for both youth and adults together with Nobelgymnasiet and the industry?

We are looking for an engaged and experienced professional who wants to take a central role in further developing the Electrical and Energy Program and work with adult education in electrical engineering.

We are facing an exciting initiative where we, in close collaboration with industry companies, will begin the construction of a new program specialization in electrical distribution and the development of a training area for high school students, adult learners, and professionals.

Responsibilities

As a vocational teacher, you will play a key role in building and teaching programs aimed at both high school students and adult learners.

In this role, you will teach electrical engineering and electrical distribution and be involved in the development of a new program specialization in the field. You will also contribute to the creation of a training area that can be used in education at various levels. An important part of the assignment is to collaborate with the industry regarding APL, skills needs, and quality assurance, as well as participate in the planning of shorter courses and continuing education for professionals.

Initially, the focus will be on planning learning activities for both youth and adults, developing and adapting learning environments, and establishing collaborations with industry companies. The work also includes preparations for courses and certification opportunities in electrical distribution.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with professional experience and good competence in electrical engineering and electrical distribution, preferably with experience in high voltage and work as a line installer. You are pedagogical and enjoy educating and guiding both youth and adults in their learning. We also see that you have an interest in helping to build new educational components and contribute to the development of the organization. You enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. Experience in driving or participating in projects is an advantage.

The position is a permanent employment subject to you having a teaching license. If you do not have a license, you will receive a temporary employment with an action plan that means you will obtain the teaching license for vocational teachers during your ongoing employment. The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.
