The role aims to serve as a bridge between the after-school activities, school leadership, and the student health team, with an undivided focus on the mission of the after-school center.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include being:

  • an important part of the preventive work at the after-school centers
  • function as a central communication channel between after-school staff, the principal, and the Student Health Team, while collaborating closely with the special educator and school counselor
  • responsible for receiving and guiding new substitutes, creating support documents (e.g., "This is expected of you as a substitute"), and handling certain urgent substitute recruitment and scheduling. The position includes time spent on all five units (e.g., scheduled relief to enable planning for other staff) and administrative time for development work during school hours.

Qualifications

Education: Pedagogical degree (e.g., licensed teacher for after-school care or equivalent).

Experience: Extensive knowledge of and experience with after-school care activities.

Specialist Competence: Documented good knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders (NPD).
