Responsibilities

As a teacher, you work to help students develop their full potential – both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their conditions. Your work includes planning, teaching, assessment, as well as evaluation and development of the educational activities, in accordance with the school's governing documents.

We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you find yourself in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to the quality and development work at the school.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Teaching certification
• Qualification to teach psychology at the high school level
• Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
• Good insight into the school's goals and governing documents
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

Desirable:

• Qualification to teach philosophy at the high school level
• Experience teaching psychology and/or philosophy
• Experience in other teaching or educational work.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the teaching role and creates good conditions for student learning and development. You adapt teaching to the student's and group's conditions and prior knowledge through a creative approach and excellent pedagogical ability.

Your working method is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks effectively. Additionally, you contribute to good collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and sensitively with your surroundings. You also understand how students' backgrounds, cultures, and group affiliations affect learning, and you create an inclusive learning environment where all students have the opportunity to succeed.
