Älghult School is a newly built dual-parallel secondary school with about 110 students. We always focus on our students' development, learning, safety, and study environment.

Älghult is located about a 35-minute drive from Nybro, Lessebo, Braås, and Rottne.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of Älghult School's staff, you will contribute to the development of the school's educational activities. Together with colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on our governing documents and the goals of the organization. The position is divided between two schools and may include shared mentorship in a class where you, together with a colleague, are responsible for supporting and following the students' development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license and qualifications to teach textile crafts. We place great importance on personal suitability. You are confident in your leadership role and have the ability to create a safe and structured learning environment where students feel engaged and involved. Your leadership is characterized by clarity, structure, and care for the students' development. You have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to a positive work climate with colleagues. You work in accordance with the organization's values and strive to promote equal value for all. You have a positive attitude and an interest in developing both teaching and the school's activities.

A driver's license is required.

The position will be filled on the condition that it is not needed for surplus staff or that the necessary political decisions are made.
