We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• Qualified preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.

• You are well acquainted with the curriculum's goals regarding teaching and learning.

• You have experience working and leading systematic quality work at the group level.

• You have good knowledge of Office365

• Previous experience in preschool activities is highly meritorious

Preschool Timglaset is located in the growing and vibrant Telestadshöjden, an area that is flourishing with new families. Here we are surrounded by the forest right next door, close to the library, and a large, inviting outdoor area where we combine teaching with movement, play, activities, and cozy grilling moments.

Outdoor activities are a natural and obvious part of our teaching, and the forest serves as an extension of our educational environment. We work innovatively, forward-looking, and systematically in our daily routines, creating security and quality for both children and educators.

In our KRAV-certified kitchen, our dedicated chef Åsa prepares fantastic meals every day, creating culinary experiences for the children with great warmth. Through our concept Food with Taste, chefs and educators collaborate to create a whole where food, learning, and joy of taste meet.

The preschool opened in August 2022 and has space for 120 children. We are in an exciting phase of expansion, with new families and children joining our operations.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings through our digital learning platform.

Employment type: Permanent

Scope: 75%-100%

Working hours: preschool opening hours and evening appointments

Start date: 2026-04-27 or by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
