🌟 As a student coach with us, you will be part of a dedicated team consisting of teachers, student health teams, and other school staff. Together, we work to create safe, meaningful, and developmental school days for our high school students.

🌟 Your main responsibility is to be a present adult in the students' everyday lives – during breaks, in the classroom, and in other social contexts. You create meaningful breaks by planning and leading activities, support conflict resolution, and contribute to a positive and inclusive climate.

🌟 The role also includes being a resource in the classroom, where you collaborate with teachers to support students' learning and social development.

✔ Experience in student resource work at the high school level.

✔ Secondary education (post-secondary education is an advantage).

✔ A natural team player who enjoys collaborating.

✔ Confident in yourself and easily builds good relationships.

✔ Attentive, communicative, and present in meetings with students.

✔ Committed to contributing to a safe, inclusive, and joyful school environment.

• Employment type: Fixed-term. Vacation position.

• Start date: Immediately, until June 12, 2026.

• Working hours: 100%.
