Job Description

Do you want to work as a special educator within the Astrad school district? Our joint mission is to work preventively and health-promoting. As a special educator, you will be part of and contribute to developing student health services within the Astrad school district. The goal is for all students in the school to feel well, be given good conditions to acquire knowledge, develop, and have the desire to learn.

Your main tasks will be to develop the preventive and health-promoting work of the operations at the organizational, group, and individual levels, e.g., by developing work on how learning environments can become more accessible. You will be a conversation partner and advisor in pedagogical matters through observations and supervision together with pedagogical staff. You will collaborate within the student health team, investigate and analyze, e.g., screening results, systematic quality work, and if necessary, be helpful in the process of special support. Tasks are distributed by the principal at each respective school.

Qualifications

You who apply have a special educator degree or equivalent education. We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate, as well as being flexible and engaged. You are also comfortable working independently. Experience from similar work in preschool/school is meritorious. Computer literacy and a B-driver's license are requirements. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Teaching certification is required for permanent employment.
