We are now looking for a childcare worker (barnskötare) for a full-time temporary position during the upcoming school year.

About Us

Stentrollet is a small preschool with a central location in Växjö. We utilize our central location by frequently visiting libraries, parks, cultural activities, and other places in the vicinity as a natural part of the education. Outdoor play is also a clear and important part of our operations.

As a parent cooperative, the operation is run by an economic association where guardians are responsible for the association's operations through a board and various working groups. The pedagogical operations are led by trained staff. The close cooperation with families creates engagement and good conditions for the children's development and learning.

About the Position

You will become part of a small team with short decision-making paths and great opportunities to influence. Together, we plan, implement, and develop the education with the children's best interests in focus.

The work involves, among other things:

• creating a safe and inspiring environment for all children
• close collaboration with colleagues and guardians
• contributing ideas and engagement in daily work
• actively participating in planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching and pedagogical operations together with the team
• planning and conducting developmental conversations together with the responsible preschool teacher

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who have a childcare worker education or other pedagogical education. We would like you to be well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and have experience in planning and implementing teaching.
