We are looking for a personal assistant for a fantastic 7-year-old boy with severe intellectual disability and autism (level 2, closer to level 3). He needs a secure adult by his side who can read his needs, stay one step ahead, and create a calm and predictable daily life.

The boy has a selective eating disorder and receives his nutrition via a button on his stomach (PEG) with a feeding pump. You do not need prior experience with this – a thorough introduction and training will be provided as needed.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and become an important and secure person in our son's life. For us, continuity and a close relationship are very significant, and therefore we hope to find someone who sees this as an opportunity to grow into the role over a longer period.

We are looking for you who:

• Are secure, calm, and empathetic.
• Have a genuine interest in working with children.
• Preferably have knowledge or experience with NPD diagnoses (meritorious).
• Can stay one step ahead and adapt to the boy's needs.
• Are stress-resistant and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have a driver's license (meritorious).
• Are not allergic to fur-bearing animals, as we have a cat.
