We are now looking for 1–2 dedicated social secretaries (social workers) for our adult unit. Here, you will work with important societal issues regarding harmful substance use and addiction, domestic violence, honor-related issues, and social psychiatry.

With us, you will have a varied and developmental job where you:

• Receive and process reports and applications
• Investigate needs and make decisions according to current legislation
• Follow up on measures, both internally and externally
• Provide advice, support, and consultation to residents and collaborating partners

The job requires that you can work both independently and in a team, and that you feel secure in your professional role. You need to be able to make quick and well-founded decisions and meet people with professionalism and respect.

You will become part of a small and engaged work group where we support each other and together create a good work environment. We value collaboration, flexibility, and a positive approach.

The unit is part of a cross-professional violence team with specialist competence, where we jointly develop work related to exposure to violence.

We are also investing in the future – through a state grant, we are currently developing work on permanent housing for those exposed to violence in close relationships, an important and meaningful area.
