We are currently looking for on-call substitutes who are willing to step in and work shifts for a man in his 70s in Ljungby. The ideal candidate is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We value patience and a solution-oriented mindset.

You will work in the client's home and accompany them on daily outings. The person you will be assisting uses a wheelchair and needs help with most aspects of daily life, such as cleaning, cooking, baking, and personal hygiene. He has his own car, which you assistants will drive when going out for activities; therefore, a valid driver's license is required. At the client's request, the candidate must be female.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, calm, and confident in their professional role, with a strong sense of responsibility. You should be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. You must be attentive, caring, and genuinely engaged. A nursing education or previous experience in personal assistance is considered an asset.

Scope: Hourly employment

Working hours: Daytime 07:30–20:00

Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
