About the Position

At Galaxens Preschool, we work together to give every child the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites. We value curiosity, play, participation, and close cooperation between children, guardians, and educators.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool resource worker, you work closely with a child who needs extra support while simultaneously being part of the work team and participating in the pedagogical activities. You contribute to the child's care, development, and learning, and you participate in creating a safe and inclusive environment for the entire group of children. This is a hourly position where working hours are planned based on the child's needs, offering a flexible and meaningful assignment where you make a real difference in a child's daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Confident, responsible, and with good collaboration skills.
• Ability to build good relationships and meet children based on their individual needs.
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to children's development and learning.
• Some knowledge of healthcare or experience in care work is meritorious.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, ending: 2026-12-18.
