We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful, energetic, and active 34-year-old woman living in Ingelstad. At the customer's request, you as an applicant should be flexible, positive, sensitive, humble, and have an eye for what needs to be done.

The work involves being part of the customer's daily life, including various activities, outings, and everyday tasks such as household chores and cooking. The customer is very involved in the work, which means that you as a personal assistant must be able to collaborate and read the situation. The customer is an active person who enjoys being outdoors in nature, exercising, shopping, having coffee, going to the cinema, or similar activities. Therefore, you should be an active person who enjoys various activities.

The customer has a six-month-old baby and is currently on parental leave. In addition to helping the customer in their daily life, you will also help the woman care for her child. It is therefore especially important that the personal chemistry works in this assignment. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and flexibility.

At the customer's request, you as an applicant must be a woman and have experience working within healthcare and social care. Experience working with children is an advantage.

About the employment:

Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assistance assignment.

Working hours: Full-time, or alternatively, we can consider hiring two part-time employees.

Work schedule: 2–4 days per week, scheduled Monday–Thursday, depending on the working hours. Working hours are between 06:15–17:00.

Start date: Autumn 2026, by agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
