Your Workplace

We are now looking for a social secretary for children and young people who want to be part of continuing to develop quality work and the transition to a new Social Services Act. Here you work in a small municipality with a high level of ambition; you are given assignments with great personal responsibility and opportunities to influence. We work based on the Kronobarn model, where we together create a secure upbringing for every child through promotion, early, and coordinated interventions.

Job Responsibilities

As a social secretary with us, you work with authority exercises with the child/young person in focus. The tasks are varied, and workdays look different. The position involves investigating and assessing children's needs based on risk and protection, as well as planning, implementing, and following up on open care interventions. In your work, you build trusting relationships with children, young people, parents, and their networks – you see opportunities and solutions. Within the framework of your work, good collaboration both internally and externally is also required.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• a degree in social work
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you:

• have experience in the field
• are well acquainted with the legislation governing the operations
• have experience with the record system LifeCare
