RESPONSIBILITIES

As a contact person, you work on behalf of Uppvidinge Municipality. Your primary task is to be a good friend or fellow human being. Together, you will plan your regular meetings.

This could involve meeting up to play games/football, going for a walk, talking about life, taking trips, going to the cinema, or perhaps watching a match.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this assignment, you need to have knowledge of how to interact with individuals with autism. We prefer a young man between the ages of 18–25. Perhaps you are in high school and need extra income while wanting to make a big difference for someone else?

It is important that you are positive, engaged, responsible, and have good interpersonal skills. You must be able to initiate activities, maintain agreed-upon routines, and be attentive to the young person's needs and wishes. You should be flexible and able to adapt to the person you are working with.

We want you to view this assignment as a long-term commitment.

  • Salary: Monthly salary.
  • Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
  • Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement.
  • Working hours: The assignment involves one meeting per week.

If you are considered for employment, the employer will request an extract from the criminal record register. The Municipal Executive Board has decided that all new hires must provide a criminal record extract before employment. The required extract is for work within schools or preschools.
