Galaxen Bygg’s vision is a sustainable working life in the construction sector. We are now looking for a coordinator based in Växjö who will also have assignments every week in Kalmar. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you will have the opportunity to work and develop in both our areas of operation: recruitment and rehabilitation as well as occupational health and safety.

The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with both companies and collaboration partners. You will build networks, hold information meetings, be responsible for various types of agreements, and primarily follow up on individuals in their employment. The majority of your working time will be spent out with customers and collaboration partners to support, inform, and follow up – all with the aim of contributing to competence supply and a sustainable working life in the construction industry.

About you

We believe you are an engaged person who wants to make a difference and who is both independent and solution-oriented. The role requires that you are good at making new contacts and enjoy social situations. We hope you are someone driven by working towards set goals. Since the job involves spending a lot of time with our customers and collaboration partners, you need to have a driver’s license and access to your own car. You must also be available for overnight stays as the role involves performing work from our office in Kalmar.

About Galaxen Bygg

We operate in two areas:

• Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate the rehabilitation process for managers, HR, and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning, and following up. We also help people find the right job and employers find the right competence within the construction sector. We create opportunities for adapted employment for people with disabilities who have a background in construction.
• Occupational Health & Safety: On behalf of the industry, we offer courses and lectures on topics such as Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA) and Ergonomics. We also meet all students in the high school construction and plumbing programs every year to inform them about occupational health, safety, and well-being.

Location: Växjö

Type of employment: Permanent full-time position with a 6-month probation period. The salary range is 37,000 SEK – 39,000 SEK depending on experience.
