RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher with us, you conduct teaching based on research and proven experience to ensure the goals and intentions of the curriculum are met. You create a holistic approach to care, development, and learning in education, with the aim of promoting each child's individual development and learning. Together with the work team, you are responsible for creating playful and exploratory environments and contexts that spark children's curiosity and promote their learning.

At our preschool, we want children to be at the center. We want to create a safe, fun, and educational daily life where every child has the opportunity to take their place, develop, and feel significant. With us, children are met by present educators and an activity where play, curiosity, and exploration are the foundation of learning.

Since March 2026, the preschools Skogsleken, Sandsbro, and Stenholmen have had joint leadership. During the upcoming school year, we will continue to develop together based on a joint operational plan, where collaboration, collegial learning, and competence development are in focus. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop the preschool together with engaged colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are engaged, curious, and passionate about children's development. As a certified preschool teacher, preferably with previous experience in the profession, you are a clear leader who can drive the work forward. You have strong collaboration skills and contribute both creative ideas and a listening attitude towards your colleagues. With a positive attitude, you see solutions instead of obstacles and have a desire to constantly develop and learn new things. You value human interaction and have a professional and respectful approach to everyone you meet.

Employment type: Permanent position.
