RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsibility for planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of teaching.
• Supporting and challenging students to achieve good academic results and adapting teaching to their various needs and conditions.
• Contributing to a safe and inspiring learning environment in collaboration with colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Teaching certification in the subject of Craft
• You have a strong interest in creating positive learning environments and a good teaching culture. You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement, and understand the importance of a compensatory responsibility throughout the student's day.
• To thrive with us, you have good collaboration skills, are social, unpretentious, and care about building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are structured, clear, and consistent in how you approach your days at Grönkulla. Fundamentally, you are a team player but also possess the ability to take initiative and are flexible in your approach. For you, the operation always comes first!
