JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop our after-school program? Then you have the opportunity to become part of our team at Söraby School! Söraby School is located in Rottne and we are an F-6 school with approximately 300 students. We are now looking for engaged and creative after-school teachers who want to create a meaningful after-school program for our students in a safe and inspiring environment.

You will be responsible for one of our after-school departments together with colleagues. As an after-school teacher, you take an active responsibility for planning and developing the program. You plan, implement, develop, and evaluate the work in the after-school program together with your colleagues in the work team.

We are now looking for several after-school teachers, two of whom will also focus on sports.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a degree/teaching license as an after-school teacher. You exercise clear leadership and work systematically based on applicable governing documents and a professional approach.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a good understanding of the after-school program's mission and bases their work on each student's needs and conditions.
  • has a good ability to create trusting relationships.
  • is flexible and has good collaboration skills.
  • is responsible.
  • has a desire to develop the program and themselves.
