We are looking for someone who is passionate about motivating people towards better health and quality of life. With us, you will work with training and coaching primarily in PT-Smallgroups but also individually, in pairs, and more traditional group training – all with a focus on sustainable change.

About the position

You will work in various contexts where training and lifestyle change are at the center. This may involve coaching in structured lifestyle programs, as well as more classical personal training. The role will be adapted to some extent based on your background and experience, and for the right person, we also offer training to work within our programs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in training, health, and working with people.
• Is good at building trust and meeting people in transition.
• Is responsible, attentive, and confident in leading both individually and in groups.
• Wants to be part of a professional team with high ambitions and great joy at work.

Education as a personal trainer, health coach, physiotherapist, or equivalent is a requirement. We place great importance on the right personality and attitude over formal qualifications.

The position is also suitable for those who do not want to work with sales – we have an established sales function, so you can focus on what you do best: coaching and inspiring.

Since we also work a lot with older individuals with limited language skills, it is a requirement that you speak Swedish fluently. Other language skills are a plus.

Employment type

Hourly employment/trial employment to start with, with the possibility of a permanent part-time position later for the right person. Working hours during the day, evening, and/or weekends.
