JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to teach our students who have chosen Spanish as a modern language!

Teleborg Center School encompasses several different activities, providing diversity and dynamism. It includes a primary school for grades 7-9, a branch library, a youth center, and special education groups. In the school year 2026/2027, the primary school has about 450 students divided into 17 classes and approximately 60 employees. At TC, students learn for the future, are challenged, and receive the support they need. A prioritized goal for us is that students feel they have influence over their learning and their school, as well as ensuring safety and a conducive learning environment.

The position involves teaching Spanish and another subject, such as Swedish/SVA or English, as well as mentoring a class.

Teleborg Center School works on developing teaching based on our subject teams led by lead teachers, where you will be part of the language subject team. The teachers at the school are divided into three working teams, each led by a team leader, collaborating on student care and development work.

As a teacher, you work according to the Swedish National Agency for Education's governing documents with clear goals, stimulating all students to develop. You create a conducive and safe environment in your teaching groups to achieve high goal fulfillment, and you are a clear leader in the classroom.

Participation, the courage to try new things, flexibility, and a solution-focused approach are important in your and the school's development work.

The position's employment rate is 80-100%.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher with the qualification to teach Spanish and another subject, preferably Swedish/SVA or English. We would like you to have prior teaching experience.

You have a conscious thought about your role as an educator and are a clear leader who works systematically based on applicable governing documents and maintains a positive attitude. You have the ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and safety in the group and possess good skills in meeting students' diverse needs based on their different circumstances.

You stimulate all students to develop, document their results, and inform students and guardians clearly and continuously about their learning progress. You have experience in documentation and assessment through some type of learning platform.

You have good collaboration skills, are open to collegial learning, enjoy working in teams, and are positive about the development of both the organization and yourself.
