JOB DESCRIPTION

Lillestadskolan is a two-parallel F-6 school in the north of Växjö. The school has about 300 students and is close to culture, parks, and the Fylleryd Forest Nature Reserve. At Lillestadskolan, everyone takes responsibility for their knowledge development, for each other, and for our shared environment. We work for good relationships and safety, which form the foundation for achieving high goal fulfillment.

We are now looking for a positive, engaged, and flexible educator who wants to teach and inspire our students during school and leisure time. In your main role, you will plan jointly and systematically with other leisure staff to create good conditions and develop the leisure activities. Our operations should be based on our governing documents, the latest research, and proven experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher with the authority to teach in leisure homes.

You have a conscious thought about your role as an educator and are a clear leader who works systematically based on applicable governing documents and a professional approach. You have the ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and safety in the group, and you see and meet students' different needs based on their varying conditions. You stimulate all students to develop and inform students and guardians in a good way. You also have a positive attitude, a flexible working style, good collaboration skills, and contribute to the development of the operations.
