Description

As a substitute with us, you contribute to safety, structure, and study peace in the classroom when regular staff are absent. You follow planned teaching and school routines and meet students and colleagues with a professional and respectful attitude. The assignment requires flexibility, responsibility, and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and student groups.

About the school

Mobergsskolan is an independent primary school with grades 7–9 located in the district of Öster in Växjö. We have good quality in our teaching and strong competence among our teachers. Here, children are challenged and build their knowledge for the future. All students should feel seen and welcome and be given the best conditions to succeed in their schoolwork.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience working in child and youth activities and feels comfortable meeting young people in various situations. You have a very good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You have a positive attitude and a pleasant, respectful approach towards both students and colleagues. As a person, you are engaged and responsible. You enjoy collaborating with others, while also being able to easily adapt to new working methods, routines, and changes in the organization.
