JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to help shape the future for our students in grade 5? Gemöskolan is now looking for an engaged and certified primary school teacher qualified to teach mathematics and science. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe and development-oriented team where we together create a stimulating learning environment. At Gemöskolan, teachers work in a triad model, so you will have two close colleagues to collaborate with.

As a teacher in grade 5, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics and science, and you play an important role in creating a safe, clear, and inspiring learning environment. You will work closely with colleagues in a team consisting of teachers, leisure educators, and student support staff. Together, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching based on the curriculum goals and the students' needs. You will have a clear leadership role in the classroom and actively work to motivate students to achieve their goals both academically and socially.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a certified primary school teacher qualified to teach mathematics and science in grade 5, preferably in additional subjects as well.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and you are confident in your professional role. You have a clear pedagogical leadership and a positive, solution-focused approach. You see opportunities where others see obstacles and have a natural ability to create structure and security in the classroom. Collaboration is an obvious part of your working method, both with colleagues, students, and guardians. If you also have experience with language and knowledge-developing methods, we consider that an advantage.
