The Education and Employment department is responsible for high school and adult education, as well as for measures and employment for individuals with mental disabilities or for those who need support for sustainable self-sufficiency. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a teacher with us, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in mathematics and science subjects. You will work based on the individual needs of the students and actively contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Your role includes close collaboration with your work team, subject group, and other colleagues to develop teaching and support students' knowledge development. You will maintain ongoing contact with students and guardians and work according to the school's values. Mentorship is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant teaching degree in mathematics and science subjects and preferably experience in teaching, especially from high school introductory programs.

You are confident in your leadership and create good relationships through open and respectful communication. As a person, you are solution-focused and flexible, and you thrive in an environment where collaboration and shared responsibility are central. You have the ability to adapt teaching to the various needs of students and work diligently to provide each student with the best conditions for success.
