About the position -

As a companion, your main task is to accompany the customer in activities according to their wishes. This means that you, as a companion, should provide support to the customer in various activities that contribute to joy and developmental moments. The purpose is to enable the customer's participation in society. Working hours vary according to the customer's needs but are usually scheduled for evenings during weekdays with a total of 20 hours per month. There is no scheduled working time; it is according to an agreement between you as a companion and the customer.

About you -

We are looking for someone who is playful and retains their childlike spirit. You have a genuine interest in working with people and want to be a support in the customer's daily life. Experience or formal education is not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal chemistry, where approachability, flexibility, and care are important qualities.

About the customer -

Our customer is a cheerful woman with a great interest in horseback riding, animals, swimming, having coffee, and listening to books. Therefore, we view positively if you enjoy reading aloud with enthusiasm. She is looking for a companion who can reflect her playful side – someone who retains their childlike spirit and is happy to share her energy and joy. If you have a playful attitude and love to be active and curious about life, you would be perfect for this assignment!

As of March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the background check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
