In Campus Oxelösund's premises, municipal adult education is conducted. Here you will find SFI, adapted education for adults, theoretical high school courses, vocational adult education in welding and maintenance, as well as health and care.

We know that education is important, and we want to be at the forefront of development regarding offerings, content, quality, and accessibility. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The health and care education in Oxelösund is based on a flexible working method where the student is in focus. We work with a language-developing approach and collegial learning, placing great emphasis on good collaboration. If necessary, we make extra adjustments for the students.

As a health and care teacher at Campus Oxelösund, you will teach students in several different courses within the health and care program. You will conduct admission interviews, carry out in-depth assessments with each student, and based on this, establish individual study plans. You will also be a mentor for students and provide support for them throughout their study period.

We use the learning platform ItsLearning in all our courses, both those taken on-site and remotely.

The work is relatively free, which entails a great deal of responsibility. You will be part of a team together with other health and care teachers, teachers of Swedish as a second language, and study and career counselors.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is:

• A qualified health and care teacher, alternatively has started a teacher training program or wishes to start one.
• A licensed nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or social worker, preferably with experience in psychiatry and/or LSS operations.
• Has very good computer skills
• Has a B driver's license

Meritorious:

• We would like you to have experience in teaching adults and teaching students with Swedish as a second language.
• Practical experience from the relevant professional field.
• Experience in distance education and teaching via ItsLearning.
• Experience in validation

As a person, you are structured, have good collaboration skills, and a strong commitment to driving operations based on governing documents and goals, while also being able to engage and motivate others. You have a flexible working method.
