In Nyköping's preschools, we work together based on a pedagogical idea: The Best Preschool for Children - an equivalent preschool of high quality. The preschools are divided into four areas with a principal and a group of deputy principals per area. Each area consists of 6-10 preschools, about 100-120 staff members, and 500 children. Our creative reuse center, Nybygget, is a great asset and strongly contributes to entrepreneurial learning, creative teaching, and sustainable development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a development educator, you primarily work as a preschool teacher, 80%, but have a part of your position, 20%, as a development educator. You will work with development processes aimed at improving the quality of one of the municipality's preschools. The assignment is based on the specific development needs of the unit and the work is carried out in close collaboration with the unit's team leaders, preschool teachers, and childcare workers, where everyone has an important role.

Development educators do not have a fixed placement in any unit but change units over time based on quality assessments and development needs that arise in different preschools in the municipality. Together with principals, deputy principals, and development leaders, development educators work towards set goals regarding quality and equity. An exciting and developing job.

Permanent employment as a Preschool Teacher 100%. The assignment as a development educator, 20%, is written for two years at a time.

Salary; Individual salary setting. You have a base salary and receive a salary supplement for the assignment as a development educator.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a preschool teacher degree and experience from working in preschool.

You have a strong commitment to preschool development issues and can work independently.

You lead the teaching in the assignment as a preschool teacher and actively work as a good role model in the assignment.

You have knowledge of the preschool's systematic quality work and can support and lead colleagues in that work.

You inspire trust, collaborate well with others, and have a solution-focused approach.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

From December 1, 2013, there is a requirement for a license for permanent employment. Attach your license to your application.
