Ålidenskolan is a Christian free school in Flen. We have been around for over 30 years and have sister schools in both Nyköping and Norrköping.
For the school year 2025/2026, we have approximately 120 students in grades F-9. You need to be able to create an accessible learning environment and use language-developing methods as well as formative assessment in your teaching.
You are expected to foster good relationships, a conducive study environment, and a structured learning atmosphere where interest in learning flourishes. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents are essential. Our values are characterized by positive character education according to the See the Good method. As a school, we work on teaching quality according to the USiP concept.
You need to be familiar with the curriculum and stay informed about research and developments in your subject area. You should be able to make relevant choices regarding teaching materials and methodologies.
As a confessional Christian school, we value your personal faith.
We are looking for a certified teacher who is qualified to teach Swedish in grade 6. The position is 22% but if you are certified in any of the other subjects we are looking for, it is possible to combine and increase the working percentage. Longer experience in the teaching profession is an advantage.
